No. 1 UNC Women’s Lacrosse Dispatches ECU, 20-4


The top-ranked and undefeated North Carolina women's lacrosse team used a 13-0 run, while the defense held East Carolina scoreless over the second and third quarters to dispatch the Pirates, 20-4, Wednesday (Highlights).
