The top-ranked and undefeated North Carolina women's lacrosse team used a 13-0 run, while the defense held East Carolina scoreless over the second and third quarters to dispatch the Pirates, 20-4, Wednesday (Highlights). ECU drew within one at 4-3 in the first quarter before UNC put their foot on the gas and took a 17-3 lead early in the fourth. (GoHeels.com)
