New York Jets Considering John Blake for Defensive Line Coach

Rex Ryan's preference for defensive coordinator is Ravens linebackers coach Mike Pettine, according to a source. He is also looking to hire Dennis Thurman (secondary), formerly of the Ravens, and John Blake (defensive line), a longtime college assistant and formerly of the Cowboys. Coordinator Bob Sutton isn't likely to be retained. (New York Daily News)
