UNC Men's Golf Wins Tar Heel Intercollegiate, David Ford Ties All-Time Carolina Wins Record


North Carolina's David Ford won his fifth golf tournament of the season to tie the all-time record for most wins by a Tar Heel and lead UNC to a one-shot victory in the Tar Heel Intercollegiate Sunday at Finley Golf Club. Ford shot 72-64-67 for a 7-under 203 total to win by four strokes over Elon's Jack Wieler, who shot a final-round 66 for a 3-under 207. (GoHeels.com)
