Chapel Chill, an ice cream shop owned by Lauren and Andy Louis, officially opened its doors on Feb. 20 as the latest business to join the Cedar Falls Courtyard building at 630 Weaver Dairy Road. The venture is Lauren Louis’ first after going to ice cream school and features 24 flavors handcrafted in-store, which include non-dairy options and all-natural flavorings.
