Posted Jan 22, 2009
Alabama and Tennessee are still after him, but defensive back Gene Robinson said Wednesday afternoon his recent commitment to North Carolina is "solid." Robinson committed to the Tar Heels over the weekend during an official visit. Alabama made a recruiting stop at Whitehaven on Wednesday to inquire about Robinson. Robinson also had an in-home visit set up with Tennessee on Wednesday night. "I'm listening to them now," Robinson said of the Vols.
