Eastern Illinois transfer punter Jacob Horvath signs with UNC Football

Eastern Illinois punter transfer Jacob Horvath has signed with North Carolina. Horvath, a 6-foot-1, 190-pounder from Australia, has two seasons of eligibility remaining. A second Team All-Big South/OVC player, Horvath averaged 44.3 yards on 54 punts. Horvath is UNC's second Transfer Portal addition Friday, joining Colorado transfer receiver Adrian Wilson.
