Georgia Tech transfer Ibrahim Souare commits to Syracuse basketball


Georgia Tech transfer big Ibrahim Souare has committed to Syracuse. Souare is listed at 6-9, 225 pounds and is expected to play center for the Orange. He played in 30 games, starting 14, for the Yellow Jackets last season, averaging 2.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 0.6 blocks in 17 minutes per game. He has three years of eligibility remaining.
