You could almost feel them thinking, “Not again!” After leading for most of the first half, the snakebit Tigers suddenly found themselves trailing by five at the break when Wayne Ellington finished off a perfectly executed play with a 3-point dagger as time expired. When Ellington opened the second half by scoring on his own rebound, the Tar Heels were off and running. This time, the final score was 94-70.
