Maryland Defensive Line Transfer Lavon Johnson Signs With UNC Football


UNC Football added to its defensive line on Friday as former Maryland defensive tackle transfer Lavon Johnson signed with the Tar Heels. Johnson, a 6-foot-2, 311-pound Allentown, Pa. native, entered the transfer portal Wednesday with two seasons of eligibility. Johnson was expected to play a significant role for the Terrapins this coming season. (Inside Carolina)
