Jacksonville State offensive line transfer Will O'Steen has signed with UNC Football, according to 247Sports' Matt Zenitz and Chris Hummer. When he entered the portal a week ago, O'Steen became among the most experienced offensive linemen available. The 6-foot-4, 290-pounder has played over 2,500 snaps and started 37 games in his career.
