Jason DeCaro sharp again as No. 4 UNC Baseball rolls by Campbell ahead of NC State series
Posted May 6, 2025
After a week off for exams, UNC Baseball Coach Scott Forbes didn’t follow the usual pattern of starting a pitcher who isn’t in the weekend rotation. He called on Jason DeCaro, who hadn’t pitched in nine days, against Campbell. DeCaro did not disappoint, continuing his resurgence with six strikeouts in five innings in the Tar Heels’ 10-1 victory Tuesday.
