25. North Carolina: Most of UNC Football's impact additions came via the transfer portal, and the new regime under Bill Belichick kept things close to the vest this spring. Freshmen Byron Nelson and QB Bryce Baker could push for time early. Nelson, a 300-pound guard from Texas, remained committed to the Tar Heels after the coaching change. (ESPN.com)
