ACC: 12. North Carolina Tar Heels - Hiring one of the best football coaches of all time was certainly a nice start. And UNC found its quarterback in the spring portal with Gio Lopez, a dual-threat left-hander who ranked 22nd nationally in total offense (274.7 YPG) last season for South Alabama.
