Tyler Hansbrough's pace puts records in sight
Posted Jan 25, 2009
If North Carolina's Tyler Hansbrough continues his league-leading 22.7 ppg scoring average, hell be on pace to break J.J. Redick's ACC scoring mark (2,769 points) in the first game of the league tournament. With 2,509 points, the reigning National Player of the Year is approaching several other notable marks. He needs only one more double-double to tie the school record held by Sam Perkins, who had 118 in his career.
