Offensive Barrage Secures UNC Baseball's Series Over No. 2 FSU

Behind five consecutive innings of runs, UNC Baseball took the series from No. 2 Florida State with a 11-1 seven-inning run-rule victory Friday (Highlights). Tar Heel starter Jason DeCaro went six innings, striking out seven and allowing one run. The Carolina offense overran the FSU pitching staff again, this time putting up double-digit runs on 13 hits.
