With Mack Brown’s recent comments about changes that North Carolina has made for Bill Belichick, it makes sense to re-visit UNC's decision to significantly elevate funding for football moving forward. What Brown said this week is correct: "They’ve committed money to it. They’ve helped him with academics. They’ve lowered those standards some." (Tar Heel Illustrated)
