Tar Heels Top Northwestern For NCAA Women's Lacrosse Title, 12-8


Freshman Chloe Humphrey exploded for four goals and an assist, and her sister Ashley Humphrey dished out four assists as North Carolina topped Northwestern, 12-8, to win the 2025 NCAA women's lacrosse championship Sunday afternoon at Gillette Stadium. The Tar Heels captured their fourth national title, winning in 2013, 2016, 2021, and 2025. (GoHeels.com)
