If Mount Rushmore had been commissioned to honor ACC basketball legends instead of former Presidents, who would replace George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abe Lincoln and Teddy Roosevelt? For starters, you'd have to go with Dean Smith. Not only did Smith win two national titles and 879 games during his career, his innovations were responsible for helping to bring about many significant changes in college basketball.
