Posted May 30, 2025
Despite limiting runners and posting a shutout, Jake Knapp worked out of multiple jams in North Carolina's 4-0 win over Holy Cross on Friday. His best was a bases-loaded strikeout of Gianni Royer. It was 97 miles per hour. After the punchout, he let out a scream, emotion painting his typically stoic face. "I knew in that situation, I did have to reach back."
