Taylen Kinney is one of the first names that comes to mind for Tar Heel fans in the 2026 basketball recruiting class. The 6-foot-3 guard is one of the top rising seniors in the country, and after starring in Newport, KY, he transferred to Overtime Elite last season. His stepfather/AAU coach, Andrew Mitchell, discussed his recruitment and where UNC fits.
