Fans, media slam SEC baseball for lackluster showing in NCAA Tournament


The SEC was widely regarded as the nation’s best college baseball conference during the 2025 regular season. The league’s overall strength led to a staggering 13 bids for SEC teams in this year’s NCAA Tournament. However, after the Regional round was completed on Monday, just 4 teams remain from the original group of participants. (Saturday Down South)
