With catcher Luke Stevenson likely gone in 2026, North Carolina needs an answer at catcher. UNC also carries Liberty transfer Macaddin Dye and JuCo transfer Rom Kellis behind the plate. On Saturday, the Diamond Heels secured a commitment from Georgia State transfer catcher Colin Hynek, who mashed 33 home runs and 91 RBI across three seasons. (USA Today)
