Russian Wing Elizaveta Astakhova Commits To UNC Women’s Basketball

Russian wing Elizaveta Astakhova has committed to North Carolina and likely will join the women’s basketball program next season. She’ll be the fourth player on Courtney Banghart’s roster next season with international ties, joining freshmen Taissa Queiroz (Brazil) and Taliyah Henderson (Canada), as well as UCLA transfer Elina Aarnisalo (Finland).
