Congolese big man Paul Mbiya decommits from NC State, requests release from his NLI


In a surprising turn of events, Congolese big man Paul Mbiya, one of the most highly touted international prospects in the 2025 recruiting class, has officially decommitted from NC State. Mbiya committed to the Wolfpack on May 4 after previously playing for ASVEL Villeurbannein France. The 6-foot-11 native of Kinshasa, DR Congo has 7-foot-4 wingspan. (247 Sports)
