Former UNC QB Ben Johnson: From Chapel Hill to the Windy City


Having watched nearly every UNC football game since the late 70s, I was surprised I did not remember as a Tar Heel. I certainly knew him as the offensive mastermind of the Detroit Lions, who along with coach Dan Campbell resurrected the franchise and turned them into a premier NFC team. It turns out Johnson was a backup walk-on. (Inside Carolina)
