UNC Basketball extends offer to in-state guard LJ Smith, ranked No. 29 in Class of 2027

LJ Smith announced on social media that his latest offer has come from Hubert Davis and the Tar Heels. UNC fans love their in-state talents, as Smith certainly fits the bill. A 6-foot-4 combo guard, Smith ranks as the No. 29 prospect in the 247Sports Class of 2027 rankings, along with being regarded as a top-three prospect from the state of North Carolina.
