Hubert Davis Calls to Offer 2027 In-State Guard LJ Smith

A Sunday afternoon phone call with Hubert Davis yielded something LJ Smith has been dreaming about. A little more than week after watching Smith's standout performances at the NBPA Top 100 Camp in Rock Hill, S.C., UNC's head coach offered the Lincolnton (N.C.) standout guard a scholarship. He becomes the second sophomore with a Carolina offer.
