Bill Belichick and the North Carolina football coaching staff have turned their focus to the high school recruiting ranks the past several weeks, extending ten offers to prospects in the 2027 and 2028 football recruiting classes. Here is the Tar Heels' offer sheet from June 16-June 22, which includes eight class of 2027 recruits, and two class of 2028 recruits. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
