Congolese big man Paul Mbiya commits to Kansas basketball

Kansas added a major frontcourt piece to its 2025 class Wednesday with the commitment of center Paul Mbiya. The 6-foot-11, 260-pound big man, who boasts a 7-foot-7 wingspan, chose the Jayhawks over Oregon after reopening his recruitment. Mbiya originally signed with NC State but requested a release from his National Letter of Intent on June 18.
