5-star PG Deron Rippey Jr. schedules official visit to UNC

Class of 2026 5-star point guard Deron Rippey Jr. announced Thursday that he has set up an official visit to UNC Aug. 31-Sept. 2. That promises to be a festive couple of days in Chapel Hill as it marks the opening weekend of the 2025 football season. "Coach Davis has been reaching out to Ron Ron. We also had Coach (Marcus) Paige reaching out."
