Bret Bielema offered Bill Belichick, UNC joint Spring scrimmage after Colorado-Syracuse proposal

Deion Sanders and Fran Brown attempted to change how college football programs practice. Colorado and Syracuse asked the NCAA to allow a joint practice between the programs. As this was unfolding, Illinois coach Bret Bielema asked UNC and Bill Belichick if they would be interested. If anyone would know how this style of practice looks, it’s Belichick.
