Bret Bielema offered Bill Belichick, UNC joint Spring scrimmage after Colorado-Syracuse proposal


Deion Sanders and Fran Brown attempted to change how college football programs practice. Colorado and Syracuse asked the NCAA to allow a joint practice between the programs.
