Arizona State returns most of the reasons for last year's late surge (Cam Skattebo aside), and Texas Tech both returns a lot and welcomes one of the nation's most intriguing transfer classes. But Baylor, Kansas State, Arizona and Utah all boast high experience levels, and teams like Oklahoma State, West Virginia and Colorado are bringing in big transfer hauls. (ESPN.com)
