UNC Basketball General Manager Jim Tanner Signs Five-Year Contract

UNC men's basketball general manager Jim Tanner signed a 5-year contract Wednesday, which was released on Friday. Tanner's agreement is five years, running through 2030, with the option for renegotiation in 2028. His annual base pay is $850,000, with July 1 marking the start of any new year. Tanner was hired to help the team with its roster management.
