Despite being in his first season as a college coach, UNC Football head coach Bill Belichick is all too familiar with free agency. The former NFL coach spent three decades negotiating contracts. "Dealing with revenue share, NIL packages, agents, representatives of players, all those things — that’s the life we’ve lived. We’re very comfortable with that."
