Kate Harpring, the No. 1 women's basketball recruit in the country, committed to UNC on Saturday, giving Coach Courtney Banghart and the Tar Heels a massive recruiting win. Harpring, a highly sought-after wing with offers from South Carolina, UCLA, and Iowa, committed after what she called a "gut feeling" that UNC was the place she belonged.
