Alabama leading for Bobby Massie?

Offensive lineman Bobby Massie of Hargrave, Va., who is ranked as the nation’s No. 1 prospect from prep schools, told TotalUGA.com earlier in the week that he had canceled his official visit to Georgia, and it appears he has kept his word.

While Georgia’s coaches were hoping that he would have a change of heart, he had not reported to Athens by Sunday morning.

Massie appeared to be heavily favoring Georgia early in the recruiting process. The 6-foot-8, 330-pound Massie is also considering Alabama, Miami, North Carolina, and Mississippi, with Alabama considered to be the school to beat. (Atlanta Journal-Constitution)
