UNC Softball coach Megan Smith Lyon is never shy when it comes to utilizing the transfer portal, and the additions have yet to fail her. Kat Rodriguez turned into an All-American, while Alex Coleman excelled after leaving a mid-major. After snagging six standouts this offseason, the Tar Heels landed at No.15 on Softball America’s transfer class rankings.
