Can North Carolina field an improved special teams unit under Bill Belichick?


While it’s easy to look at all of the changeover on offense and defense to try and figure out how North Carolina will handle the roster turnover and new coaches, perhaps the biggest place that new coach will likely have a mark is on special teams.
