Tar Heels in NFL: Hampton shines in camp; 6 atop depth charts, while others in roster battles


Running back reportedly had his best practice of the Los Angeles Chargers’ training camp on Monday. Hampton is listed as the backup to Najee Harris on the Chargers’ depth chart. Running back still hasn’t played a snap in the preseason for the Cowboys, but is expected to start, one of six Tar Heels atop depth charts. (Tar Heel Tribune)
