UNC Women's Soccer had no trouble with Rice at Dorrance Field on Sunday, shutting out the Owls 4-0 (Highlights). Olivia Thomas opened the scoring in the 10th minute, firing a left-footed shot into the back of the Rice net for her second goal of the season. Linda Ullmark and Eres Freifeld each scored in the second half. North Carolina outshot the Owls 23-2 (Chapelboro.com)
