UNC Football Opens 2025 Season vs. TCU Monday Night - Pregame Notes

The 2025 North Carolina football season gets underway Monday night, as the Tar Heels host TCU at Kenan Stadium at 8 PM on ESPN. Bill Belichick became the 40th coach in program history and the 12th to lead the program since joining the ACC in 1953. Monday's game is the first non-Saturday season opener at home since Monday, Sept. 21, 1941. (GoHeels.com)
