UNC football 'basic periods' in practice lead to opportunity for Demon June, Tar Heels

Demon June took advantage of a "basic period" and turned in a budding performance as a young running back for UNC football. General manager Michael Lombardi described "basic periods" as segments for "developing and growing younger players." June has made the most of his practice opportunities to earn the chance to contribute on game day.
