Dani Mendez Named ACC Field Hockey Offensive Player Of The Week


North Carolina field hockey midfielder Dani Mendez has been named ACC Offensive Player of the Week, the organization announced on Tuesday. The season points leader for the No. 2 nationally ranked Tar Heels, Mendez has been fantastic in her first four games in Carolina blue. Thus far, she has racked up 11 points on three goals and five assists. (GoHeels.com)
