Maryland’s defensive strategy heading into Tuesday’s matchup with North Carolina was logical in its approach – prevent Tyler Hansbrough from exploiting its lack of size. Unfortunately for the Terrapins, they never expected the Tar Heels to drill 16 of their 25 three-point attempts. "I've said a lot of times that we can really shoot the ball," Roy Williams told reporters during his postgame press conference. "We shot the Dickens out of it tonight."
