Mitch Mason’s Positive Impact On UNC Football Despite Health Ordeal


After UNC's victory against Richmond on Saturday, Chancellor Lee Roberts, along with coach and the rest of the football program, dedicated an honorary game ball to team chaplain Mitch Mason. The Tar Heels’ spiritual leader, Mason has been in and out of the hospital while continuing to battle a rare disease called idiopathic small fiber neuropathy. (Inside Carolina)
