UNC Football has no answers, creates more questions after frustrating loss at UCF

North Carolina badly needed a tipping point to spark an offense that has sputtered and a defense that has struggled to stop decent teams. Instead, the Tar Heels got more of the same. Two tipped first-half passes from struggling sophomore quarterback Gio Lopez were intercepted to help put UNC in a hole it couldn’t escape in a 34-9 loss Saturday at UCF.
