UNC running back recruit Marcus Lattimore named EA Sports All-American


Byrnes tailback Marcus Lattimore has received another post-season award, this time as he’s named to the EA Sports All-American Football Team.

He adds that to a list that includes ESPN Rise National Junior Player of the Year, state’s Gatorade Player of the Year, MaxPrep’s National Junior of the Year and the Herald-Journal Offensive Player of the Year.

He finished the season with 2,314 yards and 30 touchdowns on 305 carries. He holds Byrnes’ all-time and single-season rushing records. (Spartanburg Herald-Journal)
