When was sidelined the first three weeks of the season, he took a page out of Michael Phelps' playbook. Following a foot injury in preseason camp, Blaske couldn't run, so he turned to swimming to stay in shape. But this wasn't just casual laps. Each day, he swam 1,000 yards, mixing in 100-meter intervals of freestyle and breaststroke. (TarHeel247)
