Syracuse basketball legend Lawrence Moten dies at 53


Lawrence Moten, one of the greatest players in Syracuse basketball history, has passed away at the age of 53. Moten played at Syracuse from 1991 to 1995. He remains Syracuse’s all-time leading scorer with 2,334 points. He averaged 19.3 points per game for his career. But Moten’s impact on Syracuse basketball went beyond his scoring records.
