11 Tar Heels on NBA rosters as season begins

The NBA season opens this week with 11 former UNC Basketball players on opening night rosters. Among them are four starters, two backups, two players on new teams, and two rookies. Three others are expected to play in the G League. Eight of the 11 played only one season at UNC. Two who played in the G League last season are now overseas. (Tar Heel Tribune)
